Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original Embassy shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized collection point; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
